LNG storage tank

Jianye equipment designs and manufactures 20-200m3 full range of vertical and horizontal LNG cryogenic storage tanks according to GB150 and GB18442 standards. It adopts vacuum powder insulation or high vacuum multi-layer winding insulation, which has good heat insulation performance, compact structure and convenient operation and maintenance. Such characteristics can be widely used in LNG gasification stations, peaking stations, gas stations and liquefaction plants.

All LNG storage tanks were leak tested by high vacuum helium mass spectrometry. The indexes of vacuum degree, daily evaporation rate and leaking gas discharge rate were higher than the national standards. The large tanks above 100m3 adopt advanced nine-point support and sling structure, which has higher insulation performance and reliability than traditional structures.
