Gasification equipment

LNG gasification pressure regulating operation:

 1. Do not open the valve quickly. It is easy to damage the equipment inside the pressure regulating skid when the valve is opened.

 2. Never overfill the outlet pipe with excessive pressure, otherwise the internal parts of the pressure swing skid will be damaged.

 3. When opening the operational regulator, follow the steps below:

   3.1 Confirm that the inlet and outlet valves of the pressure regulating skid are closed;

   3.2 Slowly open the inlet valve and observe whether the inlet pressure gauge and the outbound pressure gauge are within the allowable pressure range. To avoid over-range damage during the flushing of the outlet pressure gauge, first close the needle valve under the pressure gauge until the pressure is stable. Fully open later;

   3.3 Open the pressure measuring nozzle on the straight pipe after the LNG gasification pressure regulating skid, check whether the pressure regulator is running normally. When the air flow is too small, the outlet pressure gauge may have slight fluctuations. After the outlet valve is opened, it will automatically eliminate;

   3.4 When the inlet and outlet pressure is normal, the outlet valve can be slowly opened and the outlet pressure of the pressure regulating skid can be adjusted.

 4. The reset operation of the pressure regulating skid shut-off valve, the shut-off valve or the cutter attached to the pressure-regulating skid must be manually reset after the cutting action is performed.

  4.1 Before performing the reset operation, the cause of the cut-off should be ascertained, whether it is the pressure of the pipe network or the failure of the regulator. If the regulator and the valve are closed too fast, the pressure of the pipeline after the regulator will rise and the shut-off valve will start.

  4.2 Reset operation after troubleshooting;

  4.3 When performing the reset operation of the shut-off valve, the inlet and outlet valves of the regulator and the needle valve under the pressure gauge at the outlet end must be closed;

 4.4 When turning the manual reset handle, please note that it is slow when starting to rotate. At this time, it will feel that a small airflow in the pipe passes and stops immediately (if the small airflow cannot stop, it may be the fault of the regulator or the outlet of the pressure skid The valve is not closed yet).

 4.5 Continuously rotate the shut-off valve handle to reset the upper buckle;

 4.6 Slowly open the inlet valve, observe the outlet pressure, and open the outlet valve after normal.

5, voltage regulator equipment debugging

  5.1 The set pressure should follow the principle of high to low. Follow the steps one by one and do not rush. Namely: cut off the pressure - discharge pressure - working pressure.

  5.2 After the pressure is set, it is necessary to check the closing pressure and verify its performance to meet the required value.

  5.3 The outlet valve can be opened after the pressure setting meets the requirements. The outlet valve must not be opened before this to prevent accidents.

  5.4 During the commissioning process, fireworks are strictly prohibited to prevent static electricity generation, and collision and tapping of pipes and equipment are prohibited.

  5.5 The valve should be opened slowly and must not be opened.

 5.6 Precision instruments should be protected to prevent pressure fluctuations and damage the instrument.

  5.7 In the commissioning of “1+1” pressure regulating equipment, if uninterrupted air supply is required, the pressure should be manually controlled by bypass, the pressure regulating valve should be controlled by one hand, and the pressure gauge should be hand-held to observe the pressure change at all times to maintain the outlet pressure. Within the required pressure range, after the pressure regulator pressure setting is completed, slowly open the regulator outlet valve, and then close the bypass valves after the regulator is normally supplied with air.

  5.8 If the regulator adopts “2+0” one open and one closed type, both roads need to be debugged, open one way, close one way (standby), the alternate way should discharge the air pressure between the inlet and outlet valves to avoid the regulator film And the spring is stressed, causing fatigue. 5.9 If the regulator adopts two automatic switching gas supply, the pressure parameters should be set according to the main and auxiliary roads, then the two inlet and outlet valves should be fully open. The automatic switching has higher performance requirements for the regulator, and the general voltage regulation accuracy. (AC) ≤ 2.5%, and the closing accuracy ≤ 12 is appropriate.

 6 Pressure setting and switching of the main and auxiliary roads of the pressure skid:

  6.1 Pressure setting: When the pressure regulating cabinet is shipped from the factory, the outlet working pressure of the auxiliary pressure regulator is set to 0.10 times of the working pressure of the main road regulator, and the starting pressure of the auxiliary bypass valve is set higher than the main cutting. Valve starting pressure. (1) When the outlet pressure of the regulator is ≤3KPa, the starting pressure of the auxiliary bypass valve is 1.1 times of the starting pressure of the main cutting valve, and is not more than 4.5KPa. (2) When 0.003 MPa<pressure regulator outlet working pressure ≤0.2 MPa, the secondary road cut-off valve starting pressure is 1.1 times the starting pressure of the main road shut-off valve. (3) When 0.2 MPa< regulator outlet working pressure ≤ 0.25Mpa, the secondary road shut-off valve starting pressure is 1.05 times of the main road shut-off valve pressure.

 6.2 Cutting method: During the operation or maintenance process, the manual switching of each main road and auxiliary road is sometimes required, that is, the main road is closed and the auxiliary auxiliary road is supplied with gas, or the auxiliary road that is supplying gas is restored. For standby, the main road is normally supplied with air.
